- 01CraftMake is built for compounding pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, and research institutions producing personalized or small-batch medicines and supplements: from single-dose, patient-specific prescriptions up to production-scale batches, without the heat, UV curing, or fixed-formulation limits of conventional manufacturing equipment.
- 02Order directly at info@crafthealth.me, or through a regional partner:Brenntag — our Asia Pacific distribution partner, and the trusted route for larger European organizations that prefer working through an established distributor.Gamma Pharmacy (Italy) — European distributor and maintenance provider; Craft Health also sells direct across Europe.Solusid3D (Indonesia), Applicad (Thailand), and Btech (Türkiye). Delivery: ex-stock units ship within 2 weeks. Made-to-order units ship approximately 20 weeks from downpayment.
- 03A complete package: the printer hardware, CraftControl software, and freight: shipped DAP (Delivered At Place, Incoterms 2020). Every purchase also comes with a complimentary starter set of consumables and CraftBlends premix, so you can start printing right away.
- 04The first year is covered at no charge. Extended warranty coverage can be purchased after that.
- 05As little as 2–3 online training sessions (roughly 20 hours in total). With practice, most operators run independently within about 2 weeks. Two things make this fast:No-code operation: Craft Health programs each print job for you. Tell us your formulation and dosage specs, and our team handles the setup.Ready-made premixes: CraftBlends premixes for immediate-release, sustained-release, and gummy formulations come with a simple mixing SOP. Dry-powder active ingredients work best. Ongoing formulation and technical support is included for the life of the relationship, at no extra cost, as long as you're using CraftBlends premixes.
- 06No special license is required, just training from Craft Health. Most operators run CraftMake independently within about 2 weeks (see above).
- 07Pricing is quote-based: most of our customers are B2B, and configurations vary enough by volume, region, and service level that a fixed number rarely fits. Get in touch at info@crafthealth.me and we'll put together a package for your specific needs.
- 08Yes, premix orders start at 5 kg.
- 09Free, if you're using a CraftBlends premix. Send us your active ingredient and we'll 3D print it and mail back physical samples at no charge (you only cover postage), so you can see, touch, and test the result before committing anything.Custom formulation work: a specific controlled-release profile, or very high active-ingredient loading are quoted separately.
- 10If you're using a CraftBlends premix, all IP belongs to you. Craft Health doesn't have visibility into which active ingredients you've added, so there's nothing for us to claim. For custom formulation projects developed with Craft Health's team, we license you the exclusive right of use, so you retain full freedom to operate.
- 11Craft Health provides a full set of IQ/OQ/PQ documentation on request. As one example in production today, a European CDMO customer uses CraftMake to manufacture customized chewables at low minimum order quantities, a segment traditional manufacturing struggles to serve economically.
- 12CraftMake units already support multi-material printing within a single job: the speed benchmark below, for example, uses a 2-material tablet. For more complex, multi-layer formulations, you can also run multiple CraftMake R&D units together.Need a 3-layer formulation? Run three units together instead of buying a separate, larger machine. It's a lower-risk way to build confidence on one unit before scaling to several , and every unit connects over your local network or Wi-Fi, never over the open internet.
